A page that lasts, for one thing: what it is, its photos, who owns it. It comes out of what you bought, or it is free if it is your first.

The giver, the guest or the signer opens it on their own phone. No app, no account. Three prompts, about a minute.

The video stays with the item
Private unless you say otherwise. It goes to whoever gets the item next, by email or by a code they scan, and it stays for as long as the item exists.

Refunds
- Anything you have not used is refunded in full within 30 days of buying it. After that it stays on your account until it runs out.
- A video we cannot show (a gap in the recording, or no agreement on file) is recorded again at no cost, or you get that one back.
- Once a page has been made for an item it cannot be refunded: it exists. A video can be taken down if you ask; a note that it happened stays.
