When something goes wrong.
After a theft, a fire or a move, it is hard to show what you had. Your record already has dated photos and the item's condition, ready to send.

The record moves to the next owner with everything on it. The item's story stays with the item, not in a drawer of old receipts.
Why it matters
Gold means a real expert said yes.
We never turn a record gold on our own say-so. If your coin was graded by PCGS, or your gemstone by GIA, we check that certificate directly with them. When they confirm it, your record turns gold and names who confirmed it. Everything else is labeled for what it is: what you told us, and what our software saw in your photos.

Our software tells you what the item is and what shape it is in, in plain words. If a company like PCGS already graded it, we ask them to confirm. Only their yes turns the record gold.

You get a permanent record: its own page, link and QR code. It is saved on a public ledger, so nobody can quietly change it later. When you sell, the record goes with the item.
