Getting Started with Boss Tag
What is Boss Tag?
Boss Tag is a multi-sector asset tokenization platform that lets you verify, digitize, trade, and lend against physical assets using blockchain technology. Whether you own a vintage watch, a piece of farmland, a solar array, or a fleet of industrial robots, Boss Tag transforms these real-world assets into ERC-3643 compliant tokens on the Polygon network. This unlocks liquidity, fractional ownership, and DeFi lending capabilities that were previously impossible for physical asset holders.
How the Platform Works
The Boss Tag workflow follows four steps. First, you use Boss Vision AI to verify your asset — our artificial intelligence analyzes photographs, serial numbers, and provenance documents to authenticate the item and estimate its market value. Second, the asset is tokenized: a compliant ERC-3643 token is minted on Polygon representing ownership. Third, you can list the token on the Boss Tag Marketplace for sale or fractional investment. Fourth, you can use the token as collateral in our DeFi Lending module to borrow against your asset without selling it. All of this is available across eight sectors: Collectibles & Luxury, Automotive, Real Estate, Energy, Healthcare, Robotics & Industrial, Intellectual Property, and Agriculture & Commodities.
Creating Your Account
Sign up with an email address and password, or use Google or Apple single sign-on. Your free Lite tier account gives you access to Boss Vision AI verification, basic marketplace listings, and community support. To unlock DeFi lending, ERC-3643 token minting, and Equipment Revenue Sharing (ERS) pools, upgrade to the Pro ($29/month) or Boss Tag ($99/month) tier. You can manage your subscription anytime from the Settings page.
Connecting Your Wallet
Boss Tag operates on the Polygon network. You will need a Polygon-compatible wallet such as MetaMask, WalletConnect, Coinbase Wallet, or Phantom. Navigate to Settings → Wallet and click Connect Wallet. Approve the connection request in your wallet app. Once connected, your wallet address will appear and you can start minting tokens, trading on the marketplace, and receiving ERS distributions directly to that address.
Your First Digitization
Navigate to the Digitize page from the homepage or navbar. Select your asset sector, fill in the details (name, estimated value, condition, serial number, provenance), and upload or paste photo URLs. Run the Boss Vision AI scan — this analyzes your asset for authenticity and valuation. Choose your pricing tier, review the summary, and click Mint. Your ERC-3643 token is deployed to Polygon, and the asset appears in your Dashboard Vault immediately.
